Picture Me Gone
by Meg Rosoff
In a tweet: Mila has a way of sensing things that others can't, a talent that comes in useful when she has to help her dad find his best friend.
Why you should read it: It looks at a father-and-daughter relationship, and how you never really know the people around you.
Extra bit: Meg Rosoff's brilliant novel, How I Live Now, has just been released as a movie!
I have just discovered your blog, and I must say that I rarely come across a reader which such similar reading taste to my own! I just bought Picture Me Gone and it's near the top of my TBR stack right now. I've been on a good book streak lately, so I hope it continues that pattern!
ReplyDeleteSo many books, so little time! I also wish I had more time to write in-depth reviews, but that takes up time from when I could be reading (and should be writing...).
