A friend recently asked where I sit and write. Many authors say they have a favorite spot - a desk in their study, or a nook in their lounge, or a table in their bedroom, or, like Roald Dahl, a shed at the bottom of the garden.Nothing has hit the spot for me yet - so far, I've written in bed, on the couch, at the kitchen table, on the porch, in my car (see photo!), at the edge of a swimming pool, on holiday at the beach....
