Skill 2: Collaboration

As the Library Journal says, collaboration has always been part of a librarian's job so nothing new here. But what it also mentions is that this collaboration should now extend beyond the walls of our schools. So some food for thought:

• Do you have a professional network (see my previous post on this) where you can share ideas?
• What can you share with another library? This could be from actual resources to skills.
• What does another library have that you could 'borrow' from them?
