Is it okay to have library envy?

A visit to a refurbished school library brought out the green-eyed monster in me - look at these beautiful steps! I want some! (Except, of course, I don't actually have any steps. I'm sure I can get around that, though...)

It's always good to see what other libraries are up to - I came away with scores of photos and ideas of how to make the best use of the lovely space we are so fortunate to have in our media centre. And, obviously, I've started a library design board on Pinterest...
