Four awesome YA books made into equally awesome movies
I never watch a movie based on a book expecting it to be anything like the book. How can it be? You're talking about two completely different media. But still, I wait with bated breath for the movie to come out and watch it, hoping for at least a tiny bit of what I loved about the book. There have been several utter failures in the last few years, but many more marvelous achievements. Among my more recent favorites are these:
![]() The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold |
![]() The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare |
![]() Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card |
![]() The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky |
Of course, I just have to say it: READ THE BOOKS FIRST!
Which movie based on a YA book is your favorite?
